Market Rent


  • Open market rent, where the landlord under an assured or assured shorthold periodic tenancy has served a notice on the tenant proposing a rent  increase - (Application Form RAC1);
  • rent payable, where a tenant under an assured shorthold tenancy is dissatisfied with the rent payable under the tenancy - (Application Form RAC2);
  • terms for the tenancy, where a fixed term assured or assured shorthold tenancy has ended and the landlord or tenant has by notice proposed new terms for the tenancy - (Application Form RAC3); and
  • termination of long lease, referrals by the landlord where a notice that long lease at a low rent has expired and a counter notice by the tenant has been served within time – Application Form, The Long Residential Tenancies (principal Forms) Regulations 1997 – Form 5.
